I export electronic goods, and to mitigate exchange rate risks, I opened an account with your platform to trade USD/THB. But the data provided by your Thai team is extremely delayed! Normally, it should display when the foreign market is stable, but when crucial data is released, your prices lag behind the actual market by 2-3 minutes, causing all my hedging orders to execute at the worst possible prices! Even worse, you deliberately widen the spread in the backend, increasing the normal 3-pip spread to 20 pips during critical moments! I contacted customer service to confront them, but your Thai manager shamelessly claimed, 'This is normal market volatility!' The claim of having no Slippage is an outright lie. The 167-point Slippage rate on non-farm payrolls the night before the announcement was a scam by EBC. This fraudulent platform should be shut down by the Thai police! The so-called "highly praised Slippage rate" treats Thai traders like ATMs. On the night before the non-farm payroll report, my GBP/CHF order dropped 167 points, causing my trading position to vanish instantly. My Trailing Stop was prematurely closed. Their so-called "five-level bid price" is nothing but a trick. During market volatility, spreads can suddenly widen more than fivefold. Do Thai people earn money easily? They get scammed by platforms like this for everything! Don’t believe their lies.

EBC's "low spread" is a lie. They advertise "fixed 4 pips spread for USD/JPY," but every time I trade during the evening in Thailand, the spread spikes to 28-32 pips. Last month on the 22nd, I traded XAU/USD—the spread showed 6 when I placed the order, but it changed to 19 after trade confirmation, forcing me to pay an additional 27,000 THB in commissions. Before and after market open, EBC's stock prices surged abnormally, especially with stop-loss orders clustered at key levels. 73% of my stop-loss orders were triggered by this abnormal volatility, with an average deviation of 2.8 pips from the set position. The same stop-loss orders set on other platforms were triggered only 22% of the time. This frustrated me so much that I sent complaint emails for seven consecutive days. EBC is a deceptive platform that exploits retail traders with spreads.

EBC acts like a "Baht hunter" in the foreign exchange market. Last month, I traded USD/THB on the night of the non-farm payroll report. I set my buy order at 36.50 baht per dollar, but the system displayed a trading price of 36.72. The 22-pip pricing error cost me 44,000 baht, which was three months' profit from selling handmade essential oils in Siam Square. Even worse was the withdrawal issue. I requested a 200,000 baht withdrawal, but the platform stated, "5% cross-border processing fee deducted," despite their advertisement clearly stating "no withdrawal fees." EBC doesn’t even hold a basic Thai financial license. According to Thailand’s SEC, they are renting a virtual office on Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok to deceive customers. Over the past 30 days, I executed 25 trades, and 17 of them had abnormal slippage, averaging 18 pips per trade, totaling 186,000 baht in losses. The customer service rigidly replied in English with just "Normal market." EBC exploits slippage to steal money and deducts funds upon withdrawal. Thai friends should absolutely avoid it!

Their "no slippage" promise was a lie - in the gold transaction on April 12, I set the purchase price at $1,950, but the actual transaction price was $1,962. The 12-point slippage directly swallowed up my stop-loss space. EBC also deleted all negative reviews. Their customer service system is completely useless. I made 23 international calls, and when I got through, they only said "please email." Of the 17 emails I sent, 12 fell on deaf ears and 5 were automated replies. Even worse is the withdrawal process. I applied for a withdrawal of $8,000 in April, but only received $1,200 in June. The remaining amount was deducted as an "international transfer fee" at a rate of 35%. This is blatant robbery! Slippage is outrageous. When trading currency pairs on the EBC platform, the spread displayed as 1.25 pips at the time of click was instantly reduced to 2.5 pips. It's even more outrageous during the agricultural market. The order execution mechanism is even worse. Limit orders often fail to execute at the set price, and the client bears all losses.
