Honestly, when I ask myself “is fyntura legit?”, my answer leans toward “no” from a compliance standpoint because of the absence of regulation. Safety for me is all about fund protection and dispute resolution options, and without a regulator, those are thin. That being said, I’ve seen traders operate on Fyntura without issues, but I wouldn’t treat that as a guarantee. For my own trades, I keep position sizes smaller with such brokers.
