I invested 20 dollars on the platform, and in a short time, I managed to amass up to 51.38 dollars. I wished to withdraw them and was met with an outright block! I am unable to either deposit or withdraw. The attempts I made to withdraw to my cards were "unsuccessful." I sought assistance from technical support, but they have not paid me any attention or responded. Days have passed and I have received zero information. The transaction marked as "unsuccessful" didn't even show up in my bank transactions. IQ option didn't even bother to provide me with an exact reason and simply blocked my account. I am verified and all that but to no avail. Considering the reviews, it seems to be a scam where they let you earn a certain amount and then hit you with excuses as to why you can't withdraw. Moreover, they accept your deposit in minutes but then have you waiting days for withdrawal or a response from support. Allegedly, you get three free withdrawals. I made two and now it's stating that I don't have any left. I tried to withdraw using another method, but all options were blocked. Given the poor reputation of IQ option, I prefer to take action now.

My money hasn't arrived yet. I deposited and withdrew with the same card, and it's been 21 days but my money has not come. They are quick to take the money but not to deliver it. At least I thought of investing a little in case it's a scam.

The best contact method is by email. This is where they take every enquiry seriously and you get the best answer. Not to mention that you will have a written record to keep if your question is something important not just info. And in my experience, they replay pretty quickly, most of the times the same day

Their trading platform is sooo good for trading. It’s kind of unique, it doesn’t look like tradingview, not it looks like metatrader. It’s a custom platform and designers made it in their own way, which ended up being beautiful. I’m trading a eur/usd pair, it’s moving nice recently to catch some moves.

Hard to find an analogue to this platform. Yeah this is by far the best feature of the broker. For some time I was looking for a platform that can compete with MT, in terms of charting tools and indicators, with fresher design. Find one in iqoption. I even managed to create my special RSI custom indicator through the relatively simple script mechanics of the platform. It worked pretty smooth, no freezes.

Ya know when I saw how they offer 1:3000 leverage on major currencies on the official website, I thought this is a joke. I wanted to check it out in real trading, so opened an account there. I contacted the technical support and they confirmed that everything is true and I’m not mistaken. Seeing such a high leverage was something extraordinary for me. Anyway, I adjusted my trading system to use 1:3000 leverage more safely.

I have not had any problems withdrawing to the same card I used to deposit. It arrives in one or two days. But I haven't earned anything, I've only recovered what I invested. I haven't tried transferring any small profits to my bank account via Skrill yet. It's better than other brokers where you even have trouble withdrawing what you invested to the same card, like Warren Bowie and Smith.

The platform does not allow the withdrawal of profits in my case; they took all the money I deposited and a big prize I won in a monthly tournament. They look for any excuse to ask you for a series of documents to verify, and even if you send everything, they eventually just block you and cut off all communication. Basically, you can't claim anything anywhere, and they keep scamming needy people who invest with the hope of making a profit on this platform, which, aside from stealing your money, manipulates the market to their advantage. My advice to anyone who might read this is not to invest in this platform—they will never give you the money you earn with your knowledge.

And also seen some that require hundreds of bucks of min depo to get these low spreads, and even then they are not around 0.7. But here, you can see for yourself, justlow and they dont even mention it😂 Btw, way to go with faq in help section in traderoom, support here is another level.

When i had the issue regarding the registration, i found out their customer service team email that i attached on the screenshot. Overall, the answer was not the fastest, i think they could definitely do better. However, i liked that the answer was full of details with a step by step guidance to help me out. In the end, they resolved my problem, so i can’t really complain about the quality of their staff.
