From my own experience checking their official info and license records, Rock-West broker is only offshore regulated by the Seychelles FSA under MAIV LIMITED with license number SD044. That means they don't have top-tier regulation like FCA or ASIC, which makes me extra cautious before investing.
Personally, I wouldn’t call Rock-West fully safe or legit. Yes, they do have an FSA offshore license, but that offers very limited investor protection. In my rock-west review, I’d say it’s okay for small test trades but risky for large deposits.
From what I found, Rock-West doesn’t list specific deposit or withdrawal fees. Still, I always confirm with support before making a large transfer, just to avoid hidden charges.
From my sign-up page, they have Standard, Raw, and VIP Raw accounts. I started with Standard for no commission and later tested Raw for tighter spreads.

I trade with profit and was scammed by Rock West, they automatically withdrew my profits while my money was already withdrawn to my wallet. Their platform can interfere with your money, they won't say anything if you lose, but if you win, they won't let you withdraw your profits. We are currently working on this issue, but you should consider carefully when trading with this platform.
