No, Capital One Step Fx does not charge any commissions on the ECN or Islamic accounts, which is a great benefit for traders who prefer low-cost trading. For the professional account, there is a small commission of $2 per lot for spot trades and $5 per lot for futures trades, which is relatively low. The absence of commission fees on most accounts is definitely an advantage, especially for active traders who make frequent trades. From my perspective, the low commission structure is an appealing feature, but the high deposit requirements for the ECN and professional accounts may be a deterrent for some traders. Additionally, the lack of full regulatory oversight is a concern for me.
