With Travelex, their documentation puts far more emphasis on their prepaid travel cards and payment options for loading funds than on the speed or mechanics of withdrawals. Typically, brokers offering card-related products may have additional processing times or rules when returning funds to payment methods, and there may be withdrawal fees or limits (such as the AU$10 closure/withdrawal fee listed). I would never assume an "instant" withdrawal unless the broker provides explicit information about it, and Travelex does not.
