I was Trading and all of a sudden my account stopped working and was showing Disabled it’s confusing even more when I can’t login to my account anymore using both phone number or Email on the broker web page it’s keeps saying invalid password or login this people are scammers

I have been trying to complete a deposit but the account number keep changing almost every minutes it doesn’t even take up 1 hour as the said it just keeps on changing on its on how can I complete a deposit the customer support are not helping matters the haven’t been responding to the issue the keep saying wait for sometime

I was holding a volume of 0,6 Lot in Sell and 0,48 Lot in Buy, and at rollover time the chart was showing some movements (10 pips up and down) on GBPUSD, but it was going almost in a straight line, and suddenly in a few seconds I lost aprox. 200€ of free margin forcing the closure of all my positions. On normal situation it shouldn't have mattered much if it went upwards or downwards, but suddenly both sides where going against me!

I was trading XAUUSD as usual, and in the middle of the day, ZFX suddenly closed the Gold markets. Now I’m stuck in a trade that I can’t control anymore, and I have no idea how long this will last. My Account is in huge Loss already but the have been no responses from the customer service or any help rendered from the mails

Greetings: I opened an account on November 19, 2025 at the NPEmarket exchange and broker. After verifying my identity, I charged my account. I was given $10, $350, and a $2 bonus from the broker. After a few days of trading, on Friday, November 28, my account reached $23,000. Unfortunately, at 4:00 PM on Friday, without any message from the broker or any email from the broker, my account was completely blocked and suspended.

I opened a 16 lot short position in the EURUSD. This was made up of two 5 lot positions and one 6 lot position. I calculated my sizing so that my 20% automatic stop out would only be triggered if the market breached 1.0904. However, as shown in my screenshots, the market closed my 6 lot short position out at 1.08922. At this level in the EURUSD, my margin level would only be 75%, well above the 20% automatic stop out level. This is quite concerning as I am not being offered the leverage I thought I had, namely 500:1 with automatic stop out at 20%.

My account was blocked over a year ago without warning. I had a significant amount of money in my trading account, and the company refuses to return my funds. I followed up multiple times, submitted all required documents, and explained my situation. However, the final answer I received from their support team was: > "Your account was blocked due to alleged multiple accounts and suspected fraud. Therefore, your funds will not be returned. Please refer to our Client Agreement." This is absolutely unfair. I had only one account. I did not commit any fraud. They are using vague contract language to justify keeping my money.

my mt4-account stopps and since then I haven´t access to my account.they told me the following: "Thank you for your email. We are aware of the issue, as due to server maintenance clients temporarily cannot access their accounts. The master account is working normally. Please bear with us until the issue is resolved." several times I asked them , when the problems are solved , and their answer was always, that they understand my frustration and they will revert as soon as their accounting and analyses will completed.

i completed a deposit on my account but I don’t why it keeps showing me that it’s pending it’s been over 3 days already but it’s still showing pending I don’t understand what is actually happening how can a deposit can’t be processed in 3 days time

when I started trading the promotes low spreads but I quickly realized it was misleading. The spreads widen too often, especially at crucial moments, adding hidden costs to every trade the made me loss a lot of my investment

last night I made some trade after the market was opened about an hour I toke some trades it was a 50/50 chance and I made some profits even after making a lot of loss but just this morning I woke up and meet all my profits were taken without any prior losses or notification and still the haven’t been any reports or reason for doing so

Warning fake fake fake. This is a fake company when you trade here then they automatically close them when you take a good entry and block your account also. So never choose this broker this is a 100% fake broker. I enter into it and take a trade on Gold with 0.02 lot and I was buy at 4160 they automatically close it at this position and now market of Gold pumping above 4190 which means I am floating a profit of 80$+ so never join it. it's a totally fake fake fake broker. My total deposit is 1650$ and total withdrawal is 1250$, I am also in a loss of 394$ in this overall account. I again deposit 50$ and add a trade of 0.02 at 4160 of gold at buy they close it automatically without any reason. So I am attaching the proofs also. Be side from this disgusting fake company please.😭

I have an account with ICM Broker. Last night, when the market opened, I traded about ten minutes after the market opened. I made some losses and some profits. They removed the profits without giving me an email or a reason.

Hello I had a heavy balance of around 1 million dollars and a lot of trading activity in the FBS broker in several years. I had 3 pending orders of 10 lots (totally 30 lots) of EURUSD that were activated at a set price in the Monday opening gap (12 May 2025 , opening price was 1.11850 and executable orders was 1.1202 but FBS executed on 1.1240) , not the real live price of the market. I had the same positions in the FXOPEN broker and the XM broker too, and they were activated at the live real market price, but FBS activated them at a set price. My accounts in all of them are ECN, so FBS must activate at the live price in market execution (not instant execution). This 400-point difference made almost $30,000 different!!!! FBS answered me it's normal because we use different LP, which is clearly a lie. (look at attachments)

What an absolute joke Admiral Markets is. Removed my professional status without notification, reduced my leverage to 1:30. Just missed a dax long this morning across all of my funding. 20 grand down the drain. Absolutely fuming.

My fund on my axi account was stolen two times. The second time was stopped after informing that I did notmade the withdrawal. I reach out to axi, they lock my account for over 3 months for them to investigate. Afterwards, they refuse to refund the stolen amount. Beware depositing to this AXI platform, hackers
