I was trading XAUUSD
I was trading XAUUSD as usual, and in the middle of the day, Roboforex suddenly closed the Gold markets. Now I’m stuck in a trade that I can’t control anymore, and I have no idea how long this will last. Has anyone experienced similar behavior in the past and had any luck with support on these issues? For now, I’m hoping it’s just a technical difficulty and that they will compensate for any losses if they occur, but I’m not sure.

I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS BROKER!!!
These guys were very good before but now they have many problems with deposits, I made a deposit since Thursday, today is Monday still they tell me same response from their copy and paste message of the department of finance is working on it but till now, nothing is credited and I have no hope for it. I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS BROKER!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Signed up for a reduced
Signed up for a reduced price trial for three months and forgot to cancel. They charged me almost $100 for another three months subscription with zero communication until afterwards, and refuse to give me a refund. The App itself might be ok, but customer Not a good experience! The overall process with pay is not great and cannot be equally.

They can identify trading vulnerabilities, optimize your position strategy, and fix historical data errors." After paying, the customer service said, "The diagnosis will take three days, and you won't be able to log in to your account during that time." When I logged in three days later, I found that all my historical trading records, profit data, and position records were gone. It said, "Data loading failed!" I contacted customer service, and they said, "Data loss occurred during the diagnosis process and cannot be restored at this time." After waiting a week, I contacted them again, and they said, "The data has been permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved."

Customer service suddenly
Customer service suddenly sent a message saying, "The platform's data system recently experienced an outage, impacting some users' transactions. Deposits are now eligible for a 15% subsidy. A deposit of 100,000 yuan will net you 15,000 yuan, and you can withdraw the subsidy and principal at any time." Thinking the subsidy would provide flexible withdrawals, I transferred 100,000 yuan. As soon as the money arrived, my account was frozen! I contacted customer service, and they said, "The system detected an anomaly in your data regarding the subsidy program, and your account needs to be verified for 15 days." After waiting 15 days, I asked again, and they said, "The verification revealed 'suspected illegal arbitrage,' and the account freeze has been extended for 30 days." I hadn't violated anything! I asked for an unfreeze or a refund, but they simply said, "No operations are allowed during the verification period. Wait for further notice."

During my trading with
During my trading with the company i hav come across a common malpractice of increasing the spread of a running trade to effectively cause a wipeout and make the traders loose the money. I had four trading positions in GbpJpy , two hedged positions each of 30 mini lots with the below order numbers and details 117674678 buy 131.038 118179064 buy 129.915 118096852 sell 129.288 118213430 sell 129.188 All the above orders automatically got squared off and i had a wipe out of 897 usd. in total all my orders were actually closed / squared off at a exact time of 14:29:59 on 16.08.2016 with a vast difference in the closed trade prices, the buy trades closed at a price of 129.356…. And the sell trades closed at 129.635 a difference of 28 pips, which in a perfect real world caused the margin call and wipeout. The 5 minute mt4 candle 14.25 to 14.30 had open 129.53 high 129.563 low 129.158 close 129.318 ( my trades were closed at 14.29.59…hence this time frame would be legally Accountable

I was scammed by this
I was scammed by this platform's spreads, which were often 8 times the normal level. I was trading EUR/USD with KVB. The spread was usually stable at 1.8-2.2 pips, but between May 10th and 15th, it suddenly widened to 14-17 pips, 8 times the normal level. On May 12th, I traded one lot of EUR/USD, and the spread alone cost me $150 (about RM675), while the same position normally costs only $20 (about RM90). Within 5 days, I paid an extra RM2,860 in fees due to the unusual spreads. KVB does not have a local Malaysian forex license. They're truly deceptive, using random advertising to deceive people.

I advise all Indonesian traders to stay away from this broker. In March 2025, my Deriv account, holding 150 million rupiah, was suddenly frozen due to "suspected unusual trading." I had previously been consistently profitable in long USD/IDR trades, and I suspected the platform was maliciously blocking my withdrawals. Customer service requested nearly six months of bank statements, proof of source of funds, and even utility bills, far exceeding Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. After submitting all the documents, I was asked to pay a 10% "fund verification fee" to release my funds. Inquiries with Mandiri Bank revealed that my funds had been transferred to an offshore account in Mauritius, not the Jakarta branch account claimed by the platform. Three months have passed since the account was frozen, and Deriv customer service has disappeared via WhatsApp. Yet, their Indonesian website still advertises "fund security and assurance." This blatant fraud is appalling.

This scammer must be exposed. Chart prices don't match execution prices. My trust in Headway has completely shattered because they're directly manipulating the trading platform. I've repeatedly encountered a fatal flaw: the price displayed on the MT5 chart doesn't match the actual execution price of my order! For example, even though the chart clearly showed the price hadn't hit my stop-loss, I received a platform notification that my stop-loss had been triggered. Checking my transaction history, I discovered the stop-loss was executed at a "ghost price" that didn't even appear on the chart. This strongly leads me to suspect their quote system is being manipulated to trigger clients' stops at critical points, thereby profiting the platform. For Malaysian traders, this unverifiable quote system is like a black box, leaving your fate completely in their hands.
